  • All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds may be issued for services not performed as agreed, double charges, or errors in billing.

  • Refunds for completed services are generally not provided unless a service issue occurs.

2. Service Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone within 7 days of the service date.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds do not include any third-party fees, shipping charges, or service-related convenience fees unless explicitly stated.

4. Service Issues

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service due to quality, errors, or omissions, contact us immediately.

  • We may offer a service correction, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed services where work was performed as scheduled and requested.

  • Appointments missed or canceled without proper notice.

  • Any fees associated with third-party products or services provided during mobile visits.
